Potential Posts

Here are some ideas for things to share with your community:

    1. Help debunk myths! There is a lot of misinformation circulating about trafficking, especially now. You can help combat this misinformation. This will keep your kids and your community safer, and it helps trafficking survivors and the organizations that serve them. Check out the link below to access our Dropbox folder with social media posts you are welcome to use!
    2. Share quotes and facts. We’ve compiled some posts with quotes and facts about trafficking to allow you to share information with your community. Check out the link below to access our Dropbox folder with social media posts you are welcome to use!
    3. Share information from your own experiences. What about having your child draw a picture about what freedom looks like to them, and adding a message to encourage friends to learn about human trafficking by going to www.WePreventTrafficking.org and learning themselves how to spot the signs and help someone in need? Sample Post: “Hi Friends, I taught my child about human trafficking by using a new great resource for parents of kids aged 8 to 11. It’s called “Free to Be.” Did you know that American kids as young as 8 can be trafficked? Take a look at this guide and join me in keeping kids safe from human trafficking.”
